Hey everyone! its few days after the concert and you guys are going back to school!
Has everyone rested well over the weekends? there isnt any more rehearsals for the concert or this and that, im sure some of you will miss it. i already am missing it. well, i wanted to say this to everyone, but i guess, doing so here would do just fine. Good job all, the concert was great and i strongly believe that we had the nicest performance, nobody was close to beating us. You all did extremely well, including all the rehearsals and building up to the concert, u all didnt give up and for the first time, ppl are practicing when they gt nth to do, instead of running ard! (: and we all know, in the esplanade, we didnt make alot of noise, we were in fact, very well behaved. Good job to all, its a job very well done. And also, keep up the good work and bring the attitude back to normal cca days in sch, im sure we will all do well and succeed! especially for the next syf coming next year april in about 8 months time! we don't have that many time left, so lets do our best and get our GOLD! lets show everyone that we can do it and we are a GOLD ORCHESTRA!

HEY ALL CO MEMBERS! its only 2 days away till the last rehearsal and 3 days to the concert!!
YES, OUR HARDWORK! all for this event, its a grand grand grand event, to celebrate the 100th years of the sch, so, give all your best for the remaining days! enjoy yourself and the music, play with the flow, with feelings (: and also, love yourself, your costume, your instrument and LOVE CO!
take good care of yourself, drink more water, and try not to fall sick! the weather is really bad. and also, dont forget about your school work too! they are important as well!

Been quite awhile since someone posted, so i do the honours =)
Hi everyone, how is everyone doing?
its the holidays now, have u guys been practicing?

If you guys are wondering who i am.
Im none other than... Varian =)
Ok, some of you may not know me, so, im gonna do a brief introduction for the sec 1s and other new members.
I came in the sch in 2004, graduated in 2008, joined Chinese Orchestra only in 2006.
Im from percussion! Im the section Leader of percussion from 2006-2008 and also the quarter master. =) I love CO, so YOU GUYS SHULD DO SO TOO!
haha, since nobody is keeping this blog alive at the mean time, i'll do my best!
i cant gurantee im gonna post daily or stuff about ur practices and etc.
but im gonna post abt stuff tts gonna make u guys interested and motivated.
FOR THE MOMENT, this blog isnt gonna be used for anouncement only.

So dead!
Frankly speaking , Co's getting really dead. Many are missing from the practices and I bet the Co camp would be like so dead. Can you believe it , that actually , there were not more than 30 who came to practice last Friday? Gorgeous uh! Well , can't blame anyone , since Co has limited people. And those percussion people , I supposed they are back at their hometown. Sigh. Kinda disappointed. How? Uhh , JIAYOU JIAYOU , get more people to be in next year:D:D!
Anw , to all seniors , our camp would be on the 23rd, 24th and 25th of november.

Well , this time I'm updating the blog for the
Exco's outing on the
17th Oct(This Saturday).
We will be having it at
Cheryl Yuen's house. :D!

Venue:
Cactus drive grande vista condo.We will be having BBQ over there:D.
The amount to be pay by each will be decided on the actual day:]. I bet it wouldn't be too much. Because there's a number of people.
The time to reach there is
2.oopm , latest is 3.00pm.(Me , JiaYing and Cheryl would be waiting at the busstop:D!)
You people can stay until
10.00pm(latest).
If you have to go home early, you can do so. :)We do like to invite the seniors of co. :D!

To all beloved Co members,
I'm updating the blog! HAHA. You know? I sent all the Pw and login id to almost all the sectional leaders but nobody had post-up. Leaving it dead as usual. Sigh. Well , I hope someone would try to post up soon. Thanks eh.

Okay , basically , CO , is starting on the 12oct , which is the monday right after your exams. So , everyone remember. & remember to bring your costume(washed). For cello & guanyue , bring it on the tuesday. Thanks.

Ci En, as what i have mentioned, dont put so much pressure on yourself! yeah, if the sectional leader does not abide by his responsibility, or does not even bother, let him know his responsibility, and if he still doesnt care, make sure he listens(i dont really encourage scolding as it sours relationship, if possible, dont, but if things really get out of hands, than just scold.) For the members of the section, if they insist on leaving early, because there is no teacher, let them know the logic, and this logic is, even if there isnt any teacher, they can always learn by themselves, are they so dependent on the teachers? so if their subject teacher in school doesnt turn up as well, and there is a relief teachers, who probably doensnt teach that particular subject, are they going to leave the class and go home? the answer is no, so just be certain of it. If they still insist on going home, there's still the teachers.
whatever it is, we are here for you and the rest of the ex-co members. ALL THE WAY! (:
my dear co members/children;
please be more cooperative, and let your passion drive through with your practices. If you dont have the passion, ask yourself, where is it?why are you not having it, and enjoying what you are doing?
i've learnt that, in life, things usually dont go your way, the way you want it to be.
for instance, you dont get Gold for syf, just by slacking and not putting in effort. so you have to put in effort, to earn for the Gold, and yes, the journey is tough and tiring, but if good results is what you want, good comments is what you want to hear, everyone, E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E have to put in the utmost effort. No one ever said that the journey was going to be easy. your journey is never easy, but you can choose. you can choose to enjoy the journey, be happy, and practice, therefore everyone else will also be happy, or you can choose to hate this, rebel against everything, and do things your way, than this journey will never be a happy one for you.
well, remember, you are living in this earth, and other people make up of this earth, there are billions of other people in this earth, you can't possibly do things just they way you want it, not sparing a thought for others. you're not living in a deserted island. so, think of others, and spare a thought for one another, in that way, your will be bonded with one another more, you all will grow stronger, and become better.
one more thing, dont neglect your studies alright? place your priorities right, for studies, co and even your own time, family time, and time with your friends.
Most importantly, i will always stress, it is your H-E-A-L-T-H! stay healthy, drink lots of water, and lead an awesome, active, and happy teenage life! (haha, i'm writing like i'm a very old woman!)
All of your will be part of my memories, and that we have fought the battle together, one way or another! cherish the people around you too okay!
